The board represents the foundation and consists of 3 till 6 members, who are appointed for a period of 5 years. Twice or more a year a board meeting is held in which decisions concerning the foundation and its projects are made by a majority of the votes, each board member has one vote. Board members can not be financially rewarded for their services and activities for the foundation.

The board members are:
